euromicron AG is expanding its competence in active network technology by acquiring an 80% stake in NetWays Netzwerk Consulting GmbH, Ettlingen (www.netways-gmbH.de).
The previous managing partners and founders, Michael Kern and Peter Keßner, will remain Managing Directors at NetWays and will each retain 10% of the shares in the company. “Continuity of our further business development will be secured due to the fact that the old Managing Directors and shareholders will remain with the company,” says Dr. Späth, Chairman of the Executive Board.
The company, which has been established for 12 years, focuses on planning, consulting, implementing, supervising, service and support of complex LAN and WAN infrastructures. NetWays boasts a raft of prestigious partnerships with and certifications from companies such as Nortel, Check Point, Hirschmann and Nokia. Its longstanding customers include companies in the automotive industry, clinics, Daimler, ZF, Deutsche Leasing, Edeka, Knauf, etc. “We regard ourselves as having expertise and experience in custom planning and support of network solutions and look forward to the positive impetus for our customers and employees from this integration,” say the Managing Directors of NetWays, Kern and Keßner.
