euromicron AG in Insolvenz: Closing of purchase and transfer agreement
Neu-Isenburg, January 31, 2020 – All closing conditions of the purchase and transfer agreement for the sale of domestic and foreign subsidiaries of euromicron AG in Insolvenz (WKN A1K030) to a company of the Gustav Zech Foundation have been met (closing). This effectively concludes the aforesaid purchase and transfer agreement and transfers shares of euromicron AG in Insolvenz (WKN A1K030) in domestic and foreign subsidiaries to a company of the Gustav Zech Foundation. Furthermore the insolvency administrator of euromicron AG in Insolvenz has concluded a reconciliation of interests agreement for the shutdown of the operational business of euromicron AG in Insolvenz and a social compensation plan with the workers' council.
