Shareholder Structure

The share capital of euromicron AG amounts to EUR 25,686,574.88 and is divided into 10,046,956 registered no-par value registered shares.

The majority of the no-par registered shares in euromicron AG – 60.19 % – are held by private investors, compared with 20.85 % by Beneficial Owners (Investors/legal entity own holdings). The proportion of shares held by investors whose identity is not known by us (Nominees; Investors/legal entity foreign holdings) is therefore 18.96 %.

The lion’s share of euromicron’s shares – 90 % – are held by investors from Germany, compared to around 10 % by investors from Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands and other countries.

Around 80 % of the shares in euromicron AG are free float.

Under the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz, WpHG), there is an obligation to inform the issuer and the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht, BaFin) of any change to the voting rights in euromicron AG when the amount of the voting right reaches or exceeds/falls below certain thresholds (3 %, 5 %, 10 %, 15 %, 20 %, 25 %, 30 %, 50 % or 75 % of the voting rights). The issuer is obliged to release any notification of voting rights without delay.
